In working with Charlie Bell, I felt like I had not only a great design artist at my disposal, but a trusted advisor. He was accessible, honest and thoughtful during my entire project, even when it was difficult for me to see the light at the end of the tunnel. As with any design project, there were bumps in the road. But with Charlie, they were always handled with professionalism, respect and humor. Tool Studios created a site that constantly garners compliments from those who see it and orders from those who visit. Having the opportunity to work with Charlie not only gave me a phenomenal site that I'm proud to call my own, but a respect for someone who was able to visualize my dream and make it into reality.
